Here at Kent Laser Lounge, it is all about laser. Specializing in one treatment only means it is done to absolute perfection.
Professionalism and client confidentiality are guaranteed, as well as a good sense of humor and a friendly disposition.
Important Notice: Your appointments are very important to us here at Kent Laser Lounge hence why it is specially reserved for you.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Treatments and or services are not transferable to other individuals.
- We require at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. If this amount of notice is not given, a full non-refundable cancellation fee will automatically apply.
- In the case of pre-paid courses and vouchers, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
WE OPERATE A FIRM 48 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If this amount of notice is not given, a full non-refundable cancellation fee will automatically apply (which means you will lose one of your treatment sessions) and will still need to pay for the full course.
- For your convenience, we accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Interest free finance option is also available on courses of treatments over £800.
- We are now able to offer affordable and flexible Interest Free Credit to customers making larger purchases payable over the course of sessions.
- There will be no credit checks or searches but this excludes single sessions.
- You will lose your deposit If you stop paying for your installments.
- We will hold your treatment finance plan or courses until you are free to continue treatment for example, If you have a medical condition or pregnant / breast feeding that prevents you from having the treatments.
- You will get half your deposit back with a doctors letter If you have to stop treatments due to ill health or medical condition otherwise no refund will be given.
- You will lose your deposit for example if you just change your mind about the course of treatments.
- We will give you a payment plan so you are aware of exactly how much to pay and when.
- Results of treatments are not guaranteed as each client is different.
